The  short film competition
Registration for the Palme-Dewar 2009 short film competition is now open. There are no age limits for entrants and film makers are welcome to submit more than one film. The film can be non-fiction, fiction or animation and we only ask that:
films should be made in Scotland or the film maker based in Scotland;
films should have been completed in the year leading up to September 2009;
films should be no longer than 10 minutes;
films should be submitted in DVD format.
